All submissions require approval by SupaSidebar before any refund is issued. Submitting a reel does not guarantee or entitle you to a refund. View counts must be genuine and publicly verifiable; purchased views, bots, or other manipulation result in disqualification. SupaSidebar reserves sole discretion to approve, reject, or disqualify any submission for any reason. Reels must be publicly visible and clearly feature SupaSidebar. A qualifying reel must be original content you created, must genuinely demonstrate SupaSidebar in use (for example a screen recording or on-camera demo), and must be at least 15 seconds long; static images, slideshows, reposted or AI-spam content, and videos that only mention the app without showing it do not qualify. The base 25% reward, like every tier in this promotion, requires approval, and each customer or license is eligible for at most one promotional reward under this promotion regardless of how many reels they post - determined by the highest tier reached by their single best qualifying reel. If a qualifying reel is no longer publicly accessible for any reason within 90 days of receiving a refund, the refund may be voided. The refund path is available only to customers whose SupaSidebar license was purchased within 60 days of submitting a qualifying reel; the refund applies only to the amount you actually paid for that license; an approved qualifying reel earns the base 25% reward regardless of view count, and the highest view tier your reel reaches determines any higher reward. Refunds issued under this promotion are a reward for promoting SupaSidebar and are separate from the standard refund policy in our Terms of Service: they are not subject to the standard 14-day refund window, and receiving a promotional refund does not deactivate your license, so long as your qualifying reel remains publicly available in line with these terms. Participation in this promotion does not create an employment, sponsorship, or paid endorsement relationship. By submitting, you grant SupaSidebar a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost, share, or reference your submission for promotional purposes. Your email and social media information are used solely for this promotion and will not be sold to or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SupaSidebar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. SupaSidebar is not liable for any losses or damages arising from participation. Because this promotion gives you something of value in exchange for your post, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that your post is part of an incentivized promotion - for example with #ad or by stating you are a SupaSidebar partner - in line with the FTC Endorsement Guides and any other advertising rules that apply to you; failure to disclose may result in disqualification.
