About SupaSidebar
SupaSidebar is a macOS app that brings Arc's sidebar to every browser - one sidebar for all your tabs, bookmarks, files, and apps across Safari, Chrome, and even Finder. Built by Kshetez Vinayak, SupaSidebar launched in July 2025 and is used by over 1,000 people.
Why SupaSidebar Exists
Arc left a lot of us behind when they moved on to build Dia. The hardest part of leaving wasn't the browser - it was losing the sidebar. The spaces. The pins. The muscle memory. Switching to Safari, Chrome, or Brave, nothing came close.
I tried the alternatives. Zen is a good browser, but it runs on Firefox - so you still need Chrome for Chrome extensions. Safari is fast and private, but no adblocker, barely any extensions. Every browser has its strengths, but no single one does everything.
The truth is, most of us need more than one browser. Safari for personal, Chrome for work, maybe another for something else. And that's when things fall apart - bookmarks in three different places, tabs scattered across windows, and good luck finding anything once you have 20 tabs open.
There's no single place to manage it all. So I built one.
What SupaSidebar Does
SupaSidebar is one sidebar that sits outside your browser and works with all of them. All your open tabs across every browser, in one place. Fuzzy search to find anything instantly, even across your browser history. Bookmarks, files, and apps right next to your tabs. It syncs across your Macs with iCloud, so your setup follows you everywhere. All within an Arc-like UI that feels familiar from day one.
Our Mission
Losing a browser shouldn't mean losing your workflow. Use every browser for what it does best - SupaSidebar keeps everything together.

SupaSidebar is an indie Mac app, built solo from day one. Over 1,000 people use it now, which still feels surreal for something I started from my bedroom. If you have feedback, ideas, or just want to say hi, you can reach me on X (Twitter) or through the contact page.
