Live Tabs, Folder Move & Row Spacing Fixes

Bug Fixes

• Opening the sidebar now refreshes live tabs for every running browser, instead of showing empty or stale tabs until you click into a browser window.
• Moving a folder out of its parent now updates the sidebar instantly, instead of leaving the folder hidden until the next refresh.
• Visible gaps between rows inside folders are now gone.
